Francisco Vargas is a native of the city of Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico, where he had his first approach to art from an early age by participating in workshops and artistic drawing, later called the experience of working in an advertising agency in his hometown for some years, a fact that motivates him to conclude his studies in the area of graphic design at the School of Plastic Arts of the Universidad Veracruzana in Xalapa, Veracruz. Within the university acquires significant knowledge in various disciplines of the arts and graphics, while participating in group exhibitions and poster contests. Time after finishing his studies he joined the areas of digital graphics and multimedia processing within the same university, where he currently is working, alternating this profession with his personal art work and craft. In this second aspect includes work of photography, drawing and traditional painting and sculpture as well as themed crafts and materials different.
